I literally just had my wedding here at The Waterfall on May 6. The ceremony was outdoors and was positively beautiful. The staff works like clockwork with smiles on there faces! Very helpful, informative, and flexible! Her ded My daughter's wedding was held in the Cascade Room last week, and people are still talking about it! phone calls are returned so very quickly, and the staff went out of their way to make planning a breeze. s this venue truly breathtaking but the experience in general was simply amazing. David even took the time to sit with us and make sure that all of our questions were answered. Not only that, we gave The Waterfall a seating chart, including tables with ONLY CHILDREN AND THEY SERVED THOSE TABLES WITH CHAMPAGNE DESPITE OUR CLEAR OUTLINE THAT THE TABLE CONSISTED OF UNDERAGE CHILDREN! They worked with us to set up our payments that would work better with our timeline & finances. Please consider this venue if you are in MD, Philly or DE. I'd 110% recommend this venue or at least going and checking it out. Getting married in the middle of a pandemic was stressful in itself, but the staff made my big day perfect. Most weddings you just have cake and maybe an ice cream bar. When we started looking at venues in the Philadelphi Everything went great, from the big details such as the decorations to the small details such as making sure that us and our bridal party was feed. I had a lot of my own decor I was providing for the wedding and was a little anxious about it being set up how I would like. re forgotten about for hors doeuvres. We truly had the best night!!!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We chose the large ballroom preceded by many different appetizer stations. Now we just need to be invited as guests to experience that side of it :). Billy and Maggie did a great job planning and prepping us so we knew when and where to go and made sure everything went to plan day of, everything went as smoothly as you could imagine. Thank you for being a part of our special day. Over 40 hors d'oeuvres are passed around, along with different food stations! I will remember this day forever!!
